Greetings FRA Office of Chief Counsel,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:
Regarding the commuter rail system in Denver, Colorado operated by Denver Transit Operators/Denver Transit Partners for the Regional Transportation District:
1. The current conductor certification/qualification plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 242 (or any predecessor regulation in effect at the time of approval).
2. The current engineer certification/qualification plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 240 (or any predecessor regulation in effect at the time of approval).
In the event FRA has approved some sort of combined plan for RTD/DTO/DTP train operators in lieu of separate plans under ยง 240/242, I request that plan.
The requested documents will be immediately and freely available to the public on muckrock.com. This request is not being made for any commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
