Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, memoranda, and associated material under which Delta Airlines utilizes CBP databases to validate airline passengers’ identities with biometrics.

All documentation (including but not limited to API specifications, SLAs, and explanations of de-identification and encryption procedures) that was provided to Delta Airlines utilizing CBP databases to validate airline passengers’ identities with biometrics.

All specifications describing the computer model that is used to by Delta and/or CBP to validate airline passengers’ identities with biometrics, including, but not limited to, model/product names, promotional materials about the model shared with CBP or Delta Airlines by any third-party contractors, model descriptions, model parameters, software that runs the computer models, documentation about such software, and any data or documentation (including privacy policies and consent forms) of the data used to train the model, especially those individuals not enrolled in any CBP trusted traveler program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
