The FOIA Service received your original request on April 20, 2016, and assigned it tracking number 16-06574-F. Please refer to this number when communicating with this office about your request.

Per 38 C.F.R. § 1.554(d)(1), The requester must describe the records sought in enough detail to allow VA personnel to locate them with a reasonable amount of effort. Pursuant to your request, I conducted a query of USASpending, a publically available website, in order to identify potential contracts responsive to your request. The following key terms were utilized when conducting my query "Deloitte Consulting" "Contracts" "2011"-"2016" and "Department of Veterans Affairs". My search identified 253 contract actions. For the purpose of FOIA processing fees, for this request, we consider you an "All Other" Requester. As such, you are entitled to two hours search and one-hundred pages of duplication free of charge.
