This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

–Number of people denied a firearm due to a prior domestic violence conviction
–Amount of firearms sold to people that were later found to have been previously convicted of domestic violence
–Amount of firearms retrieved after being sold as a default proceed to someone previously convicted of domestic violence
Please limit my request to Jan. 1, 2000 to the date this request is processed. Please include all segregable data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
