Recent news reporting indicates that Assistant Secretary Catherine Lhamon met via video with Jewish leaders to discuss their concerns in a December meeting: https://ejewishphilanthropy.com/education-dept-regulations-addressing-campus-antisemitism-have-been-delayed-more-than-two-years/

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any recording of this meeting.
2. The meeting's agenda
3. A list of the participants in the meeting or invitations sent in advance of the meeting

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
