An interim response, stating the request is being processed.

From: Christina L. Urso

I am a member of the news media, and request to be classified as such.

In each response to each FOIA I have filed, I have gotten the same response telling me there will be significant charges, and that the processing time will exceed 20 days. I certainly hope this is not a tactic to stall and intimidate.

Please let me know the final cost before finishing processing.

I am appealing because I continue to get the run around with regard to this FOIA. I narrowed down my request, which was not acknowledged. Rather than return my call, someone simply said "we said something in April" despite me saying that was not clear, nor did it address the narrowing of my FOIA.
