This is an expedited request under the Freedom of Information Ac t, 5 U.S.C. § 552, for access to and copies of all correspondence between U.S. Rep. Peter Welch, D-Vt., including his staff members, and the DEA’s Office of Congressional Affairs, in calendar years 2014, 2015 and 2016 regarding the Ensuring Patient Access and Effective Drug Enforcement Act, also known as HR 471, HR 4709 and S. 483.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
