Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all available information pertaining to David William Moyar, DOB November 29, 1967.
Mr. Moyar was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived most recently in the U.S. in New York City from 2003-2016. He has been a victim of harassment and assault by the Central Intelligence Agency and is currently living in Israel and seeking political asylum. He is investigating and documenting any law enforcement and intelligence agency information regarding him in the United States in an attempt to determine potential motives for the CIA's violation of his rights apart from his brother Mark Moyar's involvement in the national intelligence community.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
