This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the 15 most recently generated email reports from Data.gov's Google Analytics account.

I also request any annual reports generated based on Data.gov's Google Analytics data.

I also request any negotiated terms of service the GSA has with Google regarding the GSA's use of Google services. If the GSA has multiple negotiated terms of service with Google, I request only any that would pertain to the GSA's use of Google Analytics.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

In order to properly respond to your request, it is necessary for us to take a 10 working day extension under 41 CFR 105-60.404(a)(1), the need to search for and collect the requested records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing the request.  You should expect a final reply on or before Friday May 1, 2015
