No. I am not requesting waivers, which exempt pilots from certain provisions of the law. I am requesting the full list of all Part 107 licenses issued by the FAA. That's done under a licensing process that involves a formal test and an application submitted to the FAA. I believe the formal name for the designation is a "Remote Pilot Certificate." You can learn more about it at this link: https://www.faa.gov/uas/commercial_operators/become_a_drone_pilot

I want the full list of certificates issued via that system.

Thank you for this response. It is appreciated.

However, I do not consider my request complete yet because I would like information on all licenses, including their metadata, not just the names of the license holders.

Please make the same of database export, but also include other fields about the license, including the date when it was issued, its status and whatever else is in the database. Let me know if you need me to clarify further.

Thank you.

From: Federal Aviation Administration

Mr. Welsh,
Our records show that our office provided you with a list of all 14 CFR Part 107 remote pilot certificate holders in our database.  Please advise what additional data you are requesting?  Also, our office doesn’t maintain status of a remote pilot certificate.

Thank you,
Nicole Morrow
