To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting records under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”). 5 U.S.C.§ 552.

REQUEST: Pursuant to Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records pertaining to the FreeBSD Project by Jacques A. Vidrine, Safeport Network Services, and Network Associates Laboratories, the Security Research Division of Network Associates, Inc. under DARPA/SPAWAR contract N66001-01-C-8035 (“CBOSS”), as part of the DARPA CHATS research program. Sponsored in part by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Materiel Command, USAF, under agreement number F39502-99-1-0512.

The above requests include:
1) Any communications, including emails, text messages, and written correspondence.
2) Any physical documents, including memos, briefs and reports.
3) Include any publicly available records.
4) If any records responsive or potentially responsive to my request have been destroyed, my request includes, but is not limited to, any and all records relating or referring to the destruction of those records. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all records relating or referring to the events leading to the destruction of those records.

Comprehensive copy or copies of my personal information compiled from the research program, contractors, online APIs, Captive Portal, or Fusion Center aggregates who conduct or produce surveillance, consultants who produce consumer investigative reports or who provide market intelligence services for online products and services to government agencies for mass surveillance purposes and other information related services as non-criminal, inactive, or unproductive investigative leads

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Carol Kennard

To whom it may concern,

This request is not AFRL. It is misdirected.

Contract N66001-01-C-8035: SPAWAR is now called Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR).
Contract F39502-99-1-0512 - Update - contract is too old for us to find who made the award but it was not RIK. My guess is the Navy.

Please find a contact with them ( I do not have) and request from them. We have nothing to do with said request.
