I hereby appeal the DHS' decision to "take no further action."

The records that I requested are not currently available. The Department of Homeland Security only makes the last ten days of DOSIR reports available on the website at https://www.dhs.gov/publication/daily-open-source-infrastructure-report which clearly states that "The DHS Daily Open Source Infrastructure Report is archived on this page for 10 days in PDF format."

Additionally, the NIPP 2013 report does NOT include the DOSIR publications and is not in anyway responsive to my request.

From: FOIA

Greetings,

Before your appeal is processed please see the following link as the previous link was sent in error:

If this is still not the information you seek then we will proceed with your appeal.

That link was very helpful, thank you. However when I adjust the dates in the URL to retrieve documents from other dates, there are only a small handful of DOSIR documents online for January 2013 through March 2013. Therefore, my request may be considered as limited to January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013.

Thank you again for all of your help.
