To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any unpublished Privacy Impact Assessments of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. For reference, several PIAs are already proactively posted on DHS.gov here:

https://www.dhs.gov/publication/privacy-pia-uscis-daca-update-april-2014

I'm only requesting ones that have not been published yet.

I also request any Information Sharing Agreement (ISA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed that govern the sharing of DACA data. These MOU and ISAs are described in the PIA posted here:

https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/privacy_pia_uscis_daca_0.pdf

I also request any logs or summaries of information requests from the DACA database that describe inquiries from both DHS components and outside agencies. To avoid information that would involve personal information or would impede ongoing investigations, I'm only interested in totals of inquiries, agency or component making the inquiry, and the categories of those inquiries, if those exist in any of the auditing databases maintained by USCIS for the DACA program.

I also request any rejected requests for sharing agreements, as well as any written evaluations of those agreements. This process is described in the PIA for the program as such:

> USCIS has a formal review and approval process in place for new sharing agreements. Any new sharing agreements, use of information, and/or new access requests for USCIS systems must go through the USCIS change control process and must be approved by the proper authorities prior to sharing information within and outside of DHS.

I also request any new information sharing plans for DACA data developed on or after Sept. 1, 2017.

Finally, I request a copy of any logs or notices of misuse, leaks, or abuse of the DACA database, starting with when the DACA database was first created.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Michael Morisy
