To whom this may concern,

I am requesting an additional 45 day extension to respond with an appeal and possible payment.

Granted, I am one of the victims of "identity theft" and "Cybersecurity" fraud I do not have a checking account and it is thus impossible for me to make payment at this time.

I appreciate your patience and understanding in these matters.

Thank you.

From: Osborne, Sonja

Good morning Mr. Amarel,

By email dated March 10, 2015, our office advised you that your request had been divided into two separate requests. By letter dated April 15, 2015, we informed you that based on an electric search of emails for the timeframe January 1, 2012 to the present (dates confirmed in an email dated March 10, 2015, by you), we received 9,410 “hits” for 15-02251-FOIA , and 13,900 “hits” for 15-02252-FOIA. These totals represents an equal number of emails on which the key search terms were located.

Under the FOIA, as you are aware, you are considered a “Media” requester. As such, you are required to pay duplication fees at $.24 per page beyond the first hundred pages, in accordance with a fee schedule. Due to the large volume of records, we advised that if requested, we would process your request on our First-in, First-out [FIFO] track, which may take twenty-four months or more before we can begin to process your request.

Please advise if you are agreeing to be placed in our First-in, First-out [FIFO] track.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (202) 551-8371.
