Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any and all contracts. flyers, brochures and documents as well as communication between the state department and israeli firm Cyabra, and any final reports generated and delivered by Cyabra to the State department over the past 5 years.

I'd also like communication, documents and contracts about Cyabra winning the U.S.-Taiwan Tech Challenge as documented on an archived state department web page: https://2017-2021.state.gov/about-us-technology-engagement-team/index.html

It's open source knowledge that Cyabra has a contract with state department as it's revealed by Cyabra on their youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liM6pKa8uq8

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
