This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like to obtain that last 200 pages of emails sent to, from, or copied to CubaITF@state.gov.

I am a doctoral student at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, where I research U.S.-Cuba relations and internet infrastructure. I have given talks on this subject at conferences held by the International Communication Association, Harvard Law School, Trinity College, the National Forum of the Ethics for Archiving the Web. I have published on this topic in a range of publications, including Slate.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
