CSV Copy of Title X Grantee Directory (Office Of Population Affairs)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking a CSV or other spreadsheet copy of the directory list of currently funded Title X Grantees at this page:

In this spreadsheet please include Grantee Name, Sub-recipient, Service Site Name, full street address, city, state, zip code, and phone number. I am requesting this file because the PDF is difficult to parse and be able to find the right locations quickly, and providing this information in a spreadsheet so it can be accessed a number of different ways will provide benefit to the public seeking Title X funded services.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
