To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records relating to or mentioning Cryptome, a 501(c)(3) private foundation created in 1996 by John Young and Deborah Natsios and sponsored by Natsios-Young Architects. Cryptome is located at 251 West 89th Street, New York, NY 10024 and publicly lists its phone number as 212-873-8700. Cryptome's EIN is listed as 47-5304594. Note that on Cryptome's filing, the listed name is Cryptome Incorporated. Please include but do not limit the response to records about Cryptome's websites, Cryptome.org and Cryptome.WikiLeaks.org. Note that I am not requesting information on John Young and Deborah Natsios as individuals, their names are included to help the Bureau identify potentially responsive records about Cryptome.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Emma Best
