Good morning Mr. Waltman,

We are currently processing your attached request. There are some documents that are already publicly available; however, some portions have been blacked out by another program office to withhold potentially sensitive information. It has not gone through the FOIA review to have FOIA exemptions applied. Please inform if you would accept the already publicly available documents as is, or if you prefer to have the FOIA exemptions applied?

Thank you,
