Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communications, including email attachments, between representatives of the law firm Cox Castle Nicholson (including Peter H. Weiner) and one or more of the following BLM officials: Jon Raby, Greg Helseth, and/or Justin Abernathy. This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To log into the external BASS system please visit https://www.bass.blm.gov/bass2/. To configure your access to this tool you will receive several emails. You will receive a notification email from (blm_sfta_admin@blm.gov) that a shared folder has been created. As part of the account setup process you will also receive a separate email from (BASSAdmin@blm.gov) with an account user name and temporary password. (You will be prompted to change this password on first login.)

Once you have set up your account you will receive an account activation email from (blm_sfta_admin@blm.gov) with a link to activate your BLM file share account.
