Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The COVID-19 Puerto Rico Response Report issued by the Centers for Disease, Control and Prevention (CDC), which includes conclusions, findings and recommendations from at least four public health experts about the local Health Department's response to the pandemic. These CDC employees arrived to the Puerto Rico Department of Health (PRDH) on April 26 and conducted several interviews to PRDH personnel and its agency secretary, Dr. Lorenzo Gonzalez Feliciano:

The report was finalized and delivered on May and has been kept confidential since its delivery, according to several sources familiar with the process.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
