The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

No, you can contact me in writing as you've done. I find it best to keep a written record of every communication so there is no confusion – or worse, deception (which I'm sure *you're* office is above, but I've caught too many FOIA officers in lies to tolerate phone communications (and many FOIA offices suddenly decide issues aren't an issue as soon as they find out there'll be a written record), which I despise to begin with) – about what was or wasn't said, or what was or wasn't agreed to.
