After conducting a search, we were able to locate one document, consisting of email communication, totaling two pages that is responsive to your FOIA request. We are withholding the document in full pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(5), under the deliberative process privilege, which protects the decision making processes of government agencies.
