COVID-19 Case Reports

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any available spreadsheet(s) capturing each case of COVID-19 identified in the United States as well as all available segregable data associated with that case, including but not limited to the reporting jurisdiction, the reporting health department, age, race, county of residence, and state of residence. These and other data points should be available as part of regular reporting to the CDC on known cases. (See: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/downloads/data-dictionary.pdf) Please provide all data collected through the date this request is processed.

I respectfully ask that the response to this FOIA request be expedited. As you are well aware, COVID-19 is an urgent global concern, and this data is being provided in bits and pieces by different state agencies. If it will help to provide materials more quickly, I would be happy to receive my response on a rolling basis.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
