To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any document related to attempted and successful court orders which request large volumes of personal information made in the last twenty (1/1/1999 through present-day), such as that mentioned in the Forbes article regarding the recent Order to force Google and Apple to release the identifying data of all users of the accompanying app for ATN's Obsidian 4 rifle scope, especially but not limited to such non-particularized data requests. Please note that such documents need not be relevant to just this case, but broadly for all documents requesting such volumes of information.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Zachary Leonhart
