To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on June 5, 2017. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed. You had assigned it reference number #FOIA-LP-JC-2017-009.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Brittany Parris
Dear Mr. Donovan,
A response letter was already sent to you via the preferred MuckRock.com
email (requests@muckrock.com) on June 5, 2017 as an
attachment. I have re-attached the Library's response here to this email.
In reply to this response letter, you requested copies of select documents
and information on Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR.) An invoice for
copies and information on MDR was sent to you via said email on June 6,
2017. The Library has not received any MDR requests from you related to the
withdrawn records as mentioned in the Library's June 5, 2017 response. I
can re-send this information to you if you need it. The copies of the
documents you ordered were emailed to you on June 12, 2017.
FOIA-LP-JC-2017-009 has been closed.
If you had any trouble viewing any of the items that I mentioned, let me
know and I can send them via regular mail instead.
If this does not answer your question, do let me know.
Please confirm receipt of this so that I can ensure that you did indeed
receive the Library's response to this case.
Sincerely,
*Brittany Parris*
