This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This request seeks emails, memos, letters, associated contracts, as well as requests for proposal between the Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate and ERAD Group, Inc (located at 8528 David Blvd, Ste 134-343, Fort Worth, TX 76182) regarding the design, development, and procurement of hardware and software for interrogating and transferring funds from prepaid payment cards (described by ERAD Group as their ERAD-Intel and ERAD-Recovery products/services).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
