Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Bradley Campbell

Hi Chris,

This request came in earlier today. Since it relates to contracts for work
on the Vietnam Memorial, I'm routing to NCR and NAMA for processing. Let
me know if it turns out the contracts in question were handled by another
office such as WASO contracting.

As usual, I've cc'd the requester on this message so they know to whom
their request has been routed.

Hi Abel,

I initially assigned this to NCR and NAMA. However, they have notified me
that this contract was handled out of the Denver Service Center (DSC). I
am therefore assigning it to you. NCR already entered it into EFTS and
assigned it a tracking number NPS-2014-00080.

As usual, I've cc'd the requester so they know their request has been
routed to a different office for processing.

Thanks,

C.

From: Ramon, Abel

Charis,

We have completed a search in our system and the only thing we have is a
lighting contract from 2001: CONTRACT: 1443CX200098011, LIGHTING VIETNAM
MEMORIAL.

We do see anything else that would point to the contract here at the Denver
Service Center. The drawing number for the Vietnam Memorial is a 80,000
series number which states that it came out of the Regional Office
there....I suggest to ask that office for the contract.

I hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
