This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request any copies of contracts between the agency and Linchpin Labs, created and/or modified between January 2010 and January 2015. Please include any processing notes made in completing this request.
The contact address for Linchpin Labs is Linchpin Labs Inc, 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. I am a published independent reporter and a current contributor to Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/sites/runasandvik/). I have also had my journalism published on domestic and international blogs.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Runa,
We recently received a FOIA request (80684) from you, dated 16 Mar. 2015, for contracts between NSA and Linchpin Labs in Wilmington, DE. As a reminder, this same request was also submitted in Jan. 2015, which was assigned 80195 and is still in our initial processing queue. Both cases were submitted via the MuckRock service.
Please be advised that we are closing the more recent request 80684 as a duplicate. We will continue processing the previous request 80195, and provide a more substantive update at a later date.

Hello Runa,
Thank you for following up on the email I sent you on 17 March 2015. This is actually fortunate, because I have discovered that I need to correct my statement regarding both of your requests for records on Linchpin Labs. The following represents the status of both of your requests as of today.
80195: This request for invoices with Linchpin was closed after we did not hear back from you regarding our interim response letter dated 18 Feb. 2015, which explained that your fee waiver request was denied. We also advised that we could not conduct a reasonable search until you provided additional information and/or narrowed the request. This request will remain closed.
80684: This request Linchpin was initially closed and thought to be a duplicate of 80195. However, we have corrected this oversight and will continue processing this request for contracts with Linchpin (in Wilmington, DE). As a courtesy, we will amend this request to include invoices associated with any contracts located.
