Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the contract that was awarded to Slsco Ltd to construct approximately eight miles of levee wall system in the U.S. Border Patrol’s Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector. According to a CBP press release (https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/local-media-release/border-wall-contract-award-rio-grande-valley-texas), the contract is referred to by CBP as “RGV-02.” The contract was awarded on November 11, 2018 in the amount of $167 million.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
