To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the source code for the "FBI Physical Fitness Test" Apps available for iOS and Android operating systems. If a version control system (for example, Git or CVS) was employed during development, I additionally request a complete copy of all version control history for the apps' source code.

For reference, these applications are publicly discussed by the FBI here:

and have been actively promoted by the FBI here:

I also request any contracts with third parties to develop, test, or run security audits on these applications, as well as any specifications for the app's user interface or functionality intended to be referenced during the development of the application.

Please conduct searches to locate the requested information across all relevant types of records, including but not limited to main records and cross-reference records. Please also conduct an ELSUR (Electronic Surveillance) search for these records, as well as any other type of search that may be available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
