This request is still far too broad. We would need contract numbers, topics/subjects in order to conduct an adequate search for Agency records. Literally each and every individual organization within the VA could hire (contract) and pay for a consultant's services. It could be at a medical center, it could be at VACO, it could be at NCA, VBA, OI&T, etc. Until you provide clarification, it would be impossible for us to process this request.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A by-name list of all consultants paid for calendar years 2018 and 2019, and the amount paid to each consultant. In addition, the amount of money utilized for calendar year 2018, and 2019 respectively on consultants collectively. This is for the entire VA system.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
