This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All communication with any member of congress (including comittees of congress and any representative of a member of congress) concerning the trout program at Willow Beach NFH.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

FOIA APPEAL

Dear Appeals Authority,

This is an appeal under the Freedom of Information Act.

On April 10, 2014 I made a FOIA request for "All communication with any member of congress (including committees of congress and any representative of a member of congress) concerning the trout program at Willow Beach NFH."

Over two months have passed, which exceeds the statutory deadline. Therefore, I appeal the constructive denial of my request.

Please provide the requested records.

Mr Smathers: Our final response was signed on August 13, 2014. It was sent
via certified mail (tracking number 7000 2870 0000 1167 9367). We tracked
it and it shows that the letter was delivered on August 18 and is available
for pickup at your post office. Please let me know if you do not locate it
and we can resend.

sent our final response to the incorrect DEPT MR. It went to 11216 instead
of 11218. We are resending the response today and I've been assured that
