Your request has been transferred from US Army Corps of Engineers, Humphreys Engineer Center, Office of Counsel, to the St. Louis District, Office of Counsel. This office received your request on August 18, 2017, and has been forwarded to the Corps employees who are most likely to have the documents that you requested. After those employees search for the documents, this office will respond to you. This agency will strive to respond to your request within the statutory 20-day deadline.

Please note that regulations require you to pay fees for document search, document review, and document reproduction. The hourly rate for personnel at a GS-8 level or below is $24.00 per hour; the hourly rate for personnel at or above GS-9 level is $48.00 per hour. A CD/DVD cost is $5.00. The minimum charge for office copies (6 images) is $3.50, and each additional copy costs $0.15. A copy of a blueprint costs $2.50 per page, and a paper print of an engineering drawing costs $1.50 per page. As requested, if it is estimated that fees will apply, you will be notified prior to processing your request.
