Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all materials -- briefing notes, planning documents, memos, training materials, reports, etc. -- involving the Globus Project, Stuart Bremer, Forecast II Project, Barry Hughes, GLOBESIGHT, the video game Balance of Power, or the video game Shadow President. These are computer simulations of international politics that may have been used for training or foresight. You may restrict your search to the time period between and including January 1, 1984 to January 1, 2010.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
