Thank you very much for your response.
I sincerely hope that the sensitive information withheld is and will be used to enforce banking regulations. At this time, taking the CFPB at its word, I have no objections to the complaint information being withheld.
However, should it become evident that the CFPB is not taking swift action to stop HSBC from violating KYC/AML/BSA actions, I will pursue an appeal and have the information published elsewhere.
