Competitive Bidding Process To Award A Principal Developer For The West Los Angeles VA Soldiers Home (Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General)

Copies of any and all documents; including but not limited to: emails, bids, budgets, proposals, awards, agreements, applications, minutes and transcripts - which evidence, demonstrate and / or document a competitive bidding process that was performed in accordance with Public Law; to award, contract, procure or otherwise select a Principal Developer for the West Los Angeles VA, between the years of 2016 through 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
