Any communication between HHS employees and representatives of The Obria Group (Obria) from 2016 to today, including but not limited to emails, letters, and transcripts or records of phone calls.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

After checked, your request still in Request for Documents status which means that our office still waiting for the documents.
However, I forwarded your follow up email to the analyst it was assigned to for direct response to you because, maybe he/she may have more information about the matter.
Please be also advised that, delays can occurred in hearing back from him/her due to the holiday when specialist/analyst are in vacation.

No documents received at this time from the program office you request was forwarded for search of the information/documents you are requesting.
Since I am not there, I am sure if the delay is due to backlogs because usually is the main cause of delay and since the process is conduct as first in-first out basis even here in our office when we receive any responsive records our FOIA Analyst/Specialist process them first in-first out basis.
We will get back to you any time we hear from the search office and finish reviewing their response/findings.
