This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any communications sent between representatives of Trump For America, Inc., and the Department of Energy regarding the "Questions posed by President-elect Trump's transition team to Energy Department officials" -- a copy of which has been released by the Washington Post here: and reported by the Washington Post & Bloomberg News.

You may limit this request to documents generated between November 9, 2016 and December 8, 2016.

For reference, Trump For America, Inc is the 501c4 supporting the transition team for the Office of the President Elect and of the Vice President Elect.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
