This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Please provide, in machine-readable format:
1. the Department of Education (DOE)'s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) Letter of Findings on Somerville, MA cases 01-10-1012 and 01-10-1100,
2. Resolution Agreement including Appendices between DOE OCR and Somerville, MA School District for cases 01-10-1012 and 01-10-1100, plus
3. all communications that occurred during January 11, 2011 to March 3, 2015 between DOE OCR and Somerville, MA School District regarding further negotiations, compliance actions, and resolution of the compliance issues identified for 01-10-1012 and 01-10-1100. Please note: These two complaints may have been combined into one case, which will mean that there is one letter containing the findings for the two complaints, one Resolution Agreement for both cases, and only one case file containing the communications around the compliance issues named in the findings and agreement.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
