Dear Mr. Jesse Coleman,
We have made numerous unsuccessfull attempts to contact you to discuss the scope of your FOIA request (our tracking number DOC-NOAA-2018-001341). Pursuant to 15 CFR 4.4(c) “the records requested must be described in enough detail to enable Department personnel to locate them with a reasonable amount of effort. If possible, a request should include specific information about each record sought, such as the date, title or name, author, recipient, and subject matter of the records.  In general, the more specific the request describes the records sought, the greater likelihood that the Department will be able to locate those records.” If you are still interested in pursuing this request, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached (preferably with dates/times you would be available) or contact me via telephone number (562) 673-6953.  If we do not hear from you by February 26, 2022, we will consider the previously released records to satisfy your request and close this request in our system. Best regards, Ana Liza Malabanan, Government Information Specialist Office of the Deputy Undersecretary for Operations National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
