Communication with Senator Lindsey Graham (Office of Management and Budget )

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All communication to or from US Senator Lindsey Graham or his representatives since assuming office on January 3, 2003 through November 15, 2013.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

There appears to have been a problem when scanning the documents. On page 51 of the PDF there appear to be multiple pages which fed in at once. The visible page, page 8 from the Congressional Research Service's analysis of the ARRA, appears in front of what seems to be the final 9th page of that document as well as the first page of another.

Behind page 8 of the CRS analysis you can see the top of the subsequent document. "United States Senate" and the number "1051688" are visible. The document then proceeds with pages 2 and 3, containing only signatures and the date "March 16, 2011".

Could you please track down the final page (or pages) of the Congressional Research Service's analysis and the first page of the following document and send it? There's no need to resend the entire set, the others were perfectly fine.
