Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records exchanged between the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), the Airborne Object Identification and Management Executive Council (AOIMEXEC), the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG), and the following agencies: Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD-I&S), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

This request includes any and all emails, email attachments, memorandums, meeting minutes, agendas, slide presentations, photographs/digital images, and any and all other responsive records exchanged between the ODNI and the aforementioned agencies leading up to the June 25, 2021 release of the ODNI's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Preliminary Assessment. The time frame for this request should include any and all responsive documents from December 1, 2020 up to and including the date on which this request is officially processed.

Please include all processing notes associated with this request.

I also request that fees be waived, as I believe this request is in the public interest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am requesting an update regarding FOIA #DF-2022-00147, which I submitted on February 10, 2022. As the statutory deadline for a final determination was on or around March 15, 2022, I would greatly appreciate an estimated date of completion for this request.

Despite repeated attempts to obtain an estimated date of completion, I have received no response from your office. As such, I am also referring this request for an estimated date of completion to the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS), as permitted by statute.
