- Any communications to or from Commerce officials Julie Kay Roberts, Michael Walsh Jr., Earl Comstock, and Dave Dewhirst concerning the Sep. 6 statement issued by NOAA about the Birmingham National Weather Service: https://www.noaa.gov/news/statement-from-noaa
- Any communications to or from the above-mentioned officials containing "Birmingham" or "Alabama" between Sep. 1, 2019 and Sep. 7, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
