Dear Emma Kim,

Thank you for following up.

I seek self-evaluations and materials filed by Columbia with the OCR according to ยง 106.3 (c)(1), online here: http://www2.ed.gov/policy/rights/reg/ocr/edlite-34cfr106.html#S3. That section reads that the recipient institution must evaluate "its current policies and practices and the effects thereof concerning admission of students, treatment of students, and employment of both academic and non-academic personnel working in connection with the recipient's education program or activity" with regard to remedial and affirmative action.

Is that clear enough?

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Conor Skelding
