Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current Congressperson's SF86 sections 9 and or 10, including all subsections, and any other documents that indicate current and past dual citizenship with any countries.
The goal of this request is to determine citizenship of all congresspersons. If you have any other documents that would indicate citizenship or dual citizenship, that will work also.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in reference to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Sections 9 and 10 of the Standard Form 86 for all current Congresspersons and any other documents that indicate current and past dual citizenship with any countries (attached). We received your request in our office on June 10, 2019.
The information is maintained in a system of records pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and is retrievable by a search under the individuals' identifying information. In order to conduct an accurate search of our records we require the full name and date of birth for each of the individuals whose records you seek.
Please provide this information to our office within 10 business days, or we will consider your request closed.
