Any and all emails sent by or to deputy assistant secretary Laura Daniel Davis for the date ranges 5/1/21-5/30/21, 7/21/21-7/28/21, and 8/16/21 - 8/23/21 including one or more of the non case sensitive key strings "royalty relief" "royalty fee" "royalty reduction" "coal leasing" "lease review" "leasing review" "subsidy" "subsidies" "subsidize" "lease sales" "lease auction"
As a member of the news media writing for outlets including The Nation and The New Republic I ask that any associated fees be waived.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
