This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All e-mails and memos from 5/23/2016 - 5/24/2017 containing the words "Coach," "Coach, Inc.," "Coach Foundation," "Victor Luis," and/or "Stuart Vevers."
The requested documents will be used for journalistic purposes, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
As a member of the press, I request that all fees be waived. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Mr. Oberhaus,
We have located responsive records to your requested. Since, you have requested information regarding "Coach", we are required to send them a submitter's notice. With the submitter's notice we must provide them time to respond to the notice. At this time, we have not received a response from Coach regarding the submitter's notice. Today, I will send Coach an "intent to disclose letter." If Coach fails to respond, I will process the documents for release. However, we will use FOIA exemptions on the information we believe should be withheld from the public under the FOIA.
