For deceased individual Cmdr. Robert Ramirez III, I was seeking any and all records in your custody. Cmdr Ramirez's untimely passing was the subject of many news reports.

'The commanding officer of SEAL Team 1, Cmdr. Robert Ramirez III, was found dead in his San Diego County residence on Dec. 19.'
