The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for Christopher John Chivers, a member of the United States Marine Corps. His record should be retrievable using the registry number 10848174.

The requested records include all Fitness Report and Counseling forms (NAVPERS Form 1610/2), the most recent Cumulative Record Of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), Officer Personnel Action Requests (NAVPERS Form 1301/85), and Form DD-214.

Chivers was born in 1964 and served in the Marine Corps as an officer between 1987 and 1994.
